Biography of Arkady Bugaev-Poniatowski

Arkady Bugaev-Poniatowski, born on July 1, 1939, in the city of Vitebsk, is a prominent figure in Russia. He is a noble prince, an academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, and the Grand Master of the Knightly Order of Honor. He is the head of the International Monarchical Court and the leader of the Guards of Honor at the IMC. He is also a knight of the Order of St. Constantine the Great and the Grand Master of the Knightly Order of Honor, which includes several dozen deserving citizens of Russia and abroad.

Early Life

Arkady was born into a noble family in an estate that belonged to the heir of the Polish throne. However, after the western regions of Belarus were annexed by the Soviet Union in 1939, their estate ended up within the territory of the USSR. Through his maternal line, he is descended from Stanisław August Poniatowski, the Polish king who ascended to the throne with the support of Catherine II, Empress of Russia. His paternal lineage can be traced back to Tae Bugai, a descendant of Genghis Khan who embraced Christianity and married a Muscovite princess as a gesture of reconciliation with the Russian people.

Challenges and Achievements

Arkady faced numerous hardships and adversities during his childhood, including being sent to the Nazi concentration camp Dachau with his family. After their liberation and subsequent deportation to Siberia, they lived in various cities such as Eniseysk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, and Altai for several years. These experiences only strengthened his spirit, faith, and zest for life.

After returning to Vitebsk, Arkady worked as an electrician before pursuing a career in the arts. He attended a music school and served in the military aviation. Following his military service, he enrolled in the Novosibirsk Theater School. In 1974, he graduated from the Philological Faculty of the Biysk Pedagogical Institute and became the collector and director of the V.M. Shukshin Museum. He later completed his studies at the Far Eastern State University, specializing in journalism. Since 1981, Arkady Bugaev-Poniatowski has been the deputy head of the Moscow Committee of Writers and a member of the Union of Writers of Russia. His poetic works have been published in various collections, and his book "Children's Bible in Verse" published in 1998 became a significant cultural and spiritual event in Russia. He is also a member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

Contributions and Achievements

Arkady Bugaev-Poniatowski is dedicated to reviving the traditions of nobility in Russia and promoting Slavic cultural and historical traditions and values. He actively advocates for the historical continuity of Russian power and supports the constitutional-monarchical form of government. In recent years, he initiated the establishment of organizations such as the International Academy of Harmony (MAH), the International Monarchical Court (IMC), and the Religious-Monarchical Council (RMC). As the head of the IMC, he has made significant efforts to restore and bestow noble titles upon distinguished individuals as part of the New Elite of the World. He is also the Grand Master of the Knightly Order of Honor and leads the Russian Subpriory of the Order of St. George.

Arkady Bugaev-Poniatowski maintains and develops international connections through the IMC and the affiliated knightly organizations. He regularly meets with descendants of monarchial dynasties from England, Germany, Spain, and Poland at traditional forums. In recognition of his contributions to the revival of Cossack traditions, he was elected as the deputy supreme ataman of the All-Russian Cossack Union and the ataman of the Special Cossack Forces. He holds the rank of General Colonel in the Cossack forces. Furthermore, he serves as an advisor to the Interpol Association in the fight against drug addiction and the drug trade.
