Borja Mayoral: Spanish Striker of Real Madrid

Borja Mayoral is a Spanish football player who currently plays as a striker for Real Madrid. Born in Parla, he began his career with his hometown club of the same name. In 2007, he joined the Real Madrid youth academy.

Rise through Real Madrid

Borja progressed through the ranks of Real Madrid's youth system over the years. In 2015, he was promoted to the club's reserve team, Real Madrid Castilla. He made his debut for the Real Madrid first team on October 31, 2015, against Las Palmas, replacing Toni Kroos.

Loan to Wolfsburg

In July 2016, Borja was loaned out for a year to German club Wolfsburg. He chose Wolfsburg over Russian club Spartak Moscow, thanks to Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane, who advised the young forward against a move to Russia.

International Career

Borja represents Spain's youth national teams. He was part of the team that won the 2015 UEFA European Under-19 Championship, where he finished as the tournament's top scorer with three goals.
