Early Life and Education
Britney Riz attended middle school in Gulfport, where she began her journey in track and field. Even at a young age, she excelled in running, long jump, and throwing events. She also played for the women's basketball team. After graduating from high school in 2004, she enrolled in Gulf Coast College. In 2006, Britney Riz joined the University of Mississippi, where she earned her degree in 2008.
Athletic Career

However, in 2007, she achieved second place at the USA Outdoors Championships with a jump of 6.71 meters.
