Born on March 3, 1976, in Tbilisi, Ekaterine Tikaradze began her educational journey by graduating from Tbilisi State Medical University in 1998. She went on to receive her State Certificate in General Dentistry in 2005. Subsequently, she pursued specialized training in maxillofacial implantation at the Institute of Applied Sciences, Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany (2007-2008), and later completed a course in Healthcare Management Competencies from Akademie für Pflege & Gesundheit, Münster (2015-2016). She culminated her studies with a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration with a focus on Hospital Economics and Healthcare Management from the Danube University Krems, Vienna (2016-2019).

Tikaradze's professional experience is multifaceted, encompassing both healthcare and management roles. She worked as a Project Development Manager for the "Dentists Without Borders" Foundation in Nuremberg, Germany (2006-2008). Subsequently, she became a Hospital and Insurance Sector Development Consultant for MedTrans Arbon, Switzerland (2008-2013).
