Marie Luise Schilp, a renowned German soprano, embarked on her musical journey in 1914 when she joined the ensemble of the Frankfurt Opera. Her debut performance in Konradin Kreutzer's opera "Night Camp in Granada" showcased her exceptional vocal talent.

From 1916 to 1920, Schilp graced the stage as a soloist at the Schwerin Opera. She subsequently returned to Berlin, where she performed with prestigious opera companies until 1928.
