Early Life and Education

Doctor of Law, Professor Yerkin Kubeyev was born on March 31, 1959, in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. After graduating from high school with honors in 1976, he enrolled in the Law Faculty of Karaganda State University, graduating in 1981.

Doctoral Studies and Career

In 1986, Kubeyev embarked on postgraduate studies at Moscow State University in Constitutional Law. He defended his dissertation and obtained a Candidate of Law degree in 1989. After completing a doctorate at the Moscow State Law Academy in 1998, he became a Doctor of Law.

Professorship and Leadership

In 2001, Kubeyev was appointed Professor of Law. From 2004 to the present, he has served as Rector of Karaganda State University named after Academician E.A. Buketov. He has been recognized as Professor of the Year in Law in Kazakhstan (2006).

Academic Contributions

Kubeyev is a prolific author with over 300 scientific publications and textbooks. His research focuses on constitutional law and public administration.
