Early Career in Wil
Fabian Schär began his football journey in 2009 with his hometown club, FC Wil. For three years, he honed his skills with the Swiss club until his exceptional talent caught the attention of FC Basel, Switzerland's most decorated team.
Joining the Basel Giants
On July 4, 2012, Schär officially became a player for FC Basel, signing a contract that extended until 2015 with an option for renewal until 2016. During his three seasons with the "RotBlau," Schär cemented his status as a formidable central defender, contributing to three consecutive Swiss Super League titles (2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15).
Moving to Germany with Hoffenheim

La Liga Adventure with Deportivo La Coruña
