Early Career and Professional Debut

Jurietti began his career as a youth player for Lyon FC but never made a first-team appearance. He was transferred to Guingamp FC at the end of the season and made his Ligue 1 debut on 19 July 1995 against FC Metz. Guingamp was relegated to Ligue 2 at the end of the season, and Jurietti moved to SC Bastia, where he spent three seasons.

Move to Monaco and Loan to Marseille
