Scott Tingle Biography
Early Life and EducationScott Tingle, an American engineer and former NASA astronaut, was born on February 10, 1968, in Morristown, New Jersey. He graduated from Parsippany High School in 1986.
In 1991, Tingle earned bachelor's degrees in economics and mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He continued his studies at the California Institute of Technology, receiving a master's degree in mechanical engineering in 1992 and a doctorate in the same field in 1997.
