Giacomo Losi

Early Life and Career

Born in Cremona, Italy, Giacomo Losi began his footballing career at Cremonese. He spent two seasons with the club, making 68 appearances in the Italian league. In 1954, Losi moved to Roma, a club he would represent for the majority of his career.

Roma

Losi spent 15 seasons at Roma, becoming a mainstay in the team's defense. He played 15 seasons with the club, making over 300 appearances. During his time at Roma, Losi won the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup in 1961 and two Coppa Italia titles in 1964 and 1969.

International Career

Losi was capped 11 times for the Italian national team. He made his debut in 1960 and represented his country at the 1962 FIFA World Cup in Chile.

Coaching Career

After retiring from playing in 1969, Losi embarked on a coaching career. He managed various clubs in Italy, including Lecce, Bari, and Piacenza. His last coaching job was with Nocerina, which he led until 1983.
