Hal Sparks, born Harry Magee Hal Sparks III on September 25, 1969, in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a comedic actor best known for his role in the film "Dude, Where's My Car?". He rose to prominence as an actor in the TV series "Queer as Folk", where he portrayed the character of Michael Novotny. However, prior to this, he had a less successful appearance in the TV series "Talk Soup", according to critics.

Music Career

In addition to his acting career, Hal Sparks is also a lead singer and guitarist in the rock band "Zero 1", formerly known as the "Hal Sparks Band". The band consists of Hal Sparks, Robert Hall (a friend of Sparks) on bass, and Miles Loretta (Sparks' cousin) on drums.
