Architect (born July 8, 1952, in Kuibyshev, Russia) graduated from the architectural faculty of KuISI in 1975.

Architectural Career

Beginnings in Penza

Upon graduation, the architect began working in Penza in 1975. From 1985 to 1998, he served as the chief architect of Penza, overseeing the city's urban planning and development.

Chief Architect of Samara

In 1998, the architect became the deputy chief architect of Samara, and in 2000, he was appointed chief architect of Samara.

Academic and Research

Currently, the architect holds the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Urbanism at SamGASU.

Architectural Projects and Accomplishments

Planning and Development

- Participated in the development of numerous zoning and construction projects for settlements and cities in the Penza region

- Planned and developed residential neighborhoods, public buildings, and the city center in Penza

- Created the concept and general plan for the reconstruction of Penza's historic central zone (1982-1998)

- Conducted research and created project proposals for the functional and spatial development of the city's central district

Individual Construction Organizer

- Played a key role in organizing individual construction in Penza (1988)

- Designed detailed plans for residential areas and neighborhoods with low-rise buildings

- Developed experimental designs for medium-rise apartment buildings

Samara Projects
- Authored zoning and land use regulations for Samara
