Serhiy Shynkarenko pursued his higher education at the prestigious Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, graduating with a solid academic foundation. Upon completing his studies, he embarked on a successful entrepreneurial journey.

Shynkarenko co-founded the renowned "Dustistaya Pech" LLC and served as its director. He also played a pivotal role as a co-founder and director of "Flower Service" LLC. Additionally, he held a position at the esteemed Institute of Renewable Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, further honing his technical expertise.

Political Career

Shynkarenko's entrepreneurial accomplishments paved the way for his entry into the political arena. In the parliamentary elections of 2019, he ran as a candidate for the "Servant of the People" party, securing the 121st position on the party list.
