Early Life and CareerBorn on November 17, 1940, the chairman of Engels Collective Farm has dedicated his life to agriculture in the Novopskov district of Luhansk Oblast. Since 1972, he has served as the head of the collective farm, which is now known as Engels LLC in the village of Kamenka.
Political Involvement
The chairman has actively participated in local politics, serving as a member of the regional council. His contributions to the development of his community have been recognized through his appointment as an Honorary Citizen of Novopsk.
Awards and Honors
In recognition of his exceptional achievements in organizing and promoting agricultural production, the chairman was awarded the Hero of Ukraine title on October 8, 1999. He has also received the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, and the title of Merited Worker of Agriculture of Ukraine (1996).
