Early Life and Education
On February 16, 1984, Ceyhun Ali was born in the Salyan region of Azerbaijan. From 1991 to 1995, he attended Baku City Lyceum No. 20. He continued his education at the Republican Art Gymnasium from 1995 to 2001, specializing in "Speech and Drama." Ali received his higher education in Philology from Baku Slavic University between 2001 and 2006. He is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, and Turkish.
Career
Early CareerAli first appeared on television in 2004. From 2004 to 2006, he worked as an anchor, presenter, correspondent, and special correspondent for the ANS Independent Television and Radio Company. In 2006, he joined the Azad Azerbaijan Independent Television and Radio Company, where he spent two years in various roles, including anchor, presenter, correspondent, special correspondent, assistant chief editor, and editor of the socio-political programs department.
International Exposure and Leadership
In 2008, Ali took a break to pursue an internship at international television channels RTR and Expert TV, seeking to enhance his knowledge in the field. Later that year, he became the director of the socio-political programs department at ANTENN Independent Television and Radio Company. From 2009 to 2010, he served as the head of RTV's Baku studio.
ATV and State Service
From 2010 to 2018, Ali worked at Azad Azerbaijan Independent Television and Radio Company as the editor of the socio-political programs department, host of the "ATV Xəbər" program, special correspondent, and editor of the "Həftə Sonu" news and analytical program. During this time, he was also accredited as a TV journalist by the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2018, Ali served as the head of the public relations and corporate communications department at AzerTelecom. From 2020 to 2021, he held the position of head of public relations and press for the Milli Majlis.
Public Television and Beyond
Since 2018, Ali has worked as an anchor and editor for the Public Television (ITV). He also hosts and moderates various projects, conferences, symposia, forums, congresses, and marathons organized by international and local organizations, government agencies, and private companies.
