Jim Adkins is a jazz musician and guitarist currently residing in Virginia. 'City Streets' Album and Chart Success
His next album, 'City Streets', was released in June 2008 and remained on the Smooth Jazz indie charts for 40 weeks, reaching the 21st position. The composition 'Lost in the Moment' received significant airplay on radio stations and garnered excellent reviews. The album's commercial success extended beyond the United States, and Adkins received favorable criticism from Belgian and Spanish press.
Awards and Personal Life
Jim Adkins is an eight-time recipient of the 'V.O.C.A.L.' (Virginia Organization of Composers and Lyricists) award. According to his MySpace page, Jim currently resides in Prince George, Virginia, with his wife Karen and their daughter Jessica.
