Early Life and Career
Júnior César is a Brazilian football player who honed his skills at the Fluminense youth academy. He embarked on his professional career with the esteemed Rio de Janeiro club. From 2005 to 2006, he played for the Mexican side Santos Laguna before returning to Brazil and joining Botafogo in Rio de Janeiro.
Return to Fluminense and Triumph
In 2007, Júnior César returned to his former club, Fluminense, where he established himself as a key member of the starting lineup. During his time there, he contributed to the club's triumph in the Copa do Brasil. In 2008, he played a pivotal role in Fluminense's historic run to the finals of the Copa Libertadores, the first time the club had reached that stage.
Move to São Paulo
