He is the brother of Chicago percussionist Walfredo Reyes Jr. and former Yanni and current Zac Brown Band percussionist Daniel de los Reyes. He married actress Sherri Saum in 2007, and together they have twin boys. He also has a son named Kaylen from a previous relationship.
