Biography of Karen Dokhoyan
Karen Dokhoyan is an Armenian footballer and defender. He has represented the Armenian national team and has had a successful career in club football.
Career
Dokhoyan began his career playing for the Armenian club Yerevan. During his time with Yerevan, he achieved great success, winning the Armenian Championship in 1997 and reaching the finals of the Armenian Cup in 1998.
In 2007, Dokhoyan joined another Armenian club, Pyunik. He played a crucial role in Pyunik's success, helping them win the Armenian Championship in 2007 and 2008. He also won the Armenian Super Cup in 2008.
Dokhoyan's talent and skill caught the attention of clubs outside of Armenia, and in 2004, he moved to Russia to join Krylia Sovetov Samara. With Krylia Sovetov, Dokhoyan had a successful stint, finishing as the bronze medalist in the Russian Championship in 2004 and reaching the finals of the Russian Cup in the same year.

Karen Dokhoyan comes from a football-oriented family. He is the brother of Arkadiy Dokhoyan, who has also had a successful career in football.
In addition to his playing career, Dokhoyan has been involved in football administration. Since February 2010, he has served as the Deputy Executive Director of the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA).
