Early Life and Education
Kyrill Petrov was born in Moscow, Russia. After completing his secondary education, he enrolled in the Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute in 1995. He studied under the guidance of Valery V. Ivanov and graduated in 1999.
Theatre Career
Petrov's diploma performances included roles in the plays "Platonov" (as Triletsky) and "Tartuffe" (as Jean-Jacques Boutron). Upon graduation, he was accepted into the troupe of the Commonwealth of Taganka Actors Theatre.
Over the years, Petrov has played a diverse range of characters on stage, including:
- Mitay in "Durn"
- Baba-Yaga in "Two Baba-Yagas"- The prince in "The Princess and the Swineherd"
- Anton the worker in "The Scarlet Flower"
- The Dog in "A Very Simple Story"
- Tsar Third in "Ivan the Tsarevich, the Grey Wolf, and Others"
- Pyrkov and Potseluyev in "The Arena of Life"
- Tissaphernes in "Forget Herostratus!"

Petrov has also made numerous appearances on the screen, primarily in supporting roles and cameos. He has played soldiers, police officers, journalists, and other characters. Some of his notable film and television credits include:
