Early Life and Education

Lyubov Ni was born on October 26, 1952, in Zhetysai, Kazakhstan. In 1975, she graduated from the Philological Faculty of Tambov State Pedagogical Institute as a philologist and teacher. She later earned a second degree in pedagogy and psychology from the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute in 1988.
