Early Life and Education

Andrii Kholodovwas born on March 24, 1983, in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, to an engineer father and a music teacher mother. After completing high school, he enrolled in the Law Faculty of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

Legal Career

In 2005, Kholodov embarked on his legal career as a junior lawyer with a Kyiv law firm. Two years later, he became a lawyer for the production holding company Carbon LLC. In 2009, he established his own private legal practice.

Social Engagement

In 2012, Kholodov founded the social project "Legal Clinic 'Legal Emergency Aid'." This initiative provided free legal assistance to underprivileged communities.

IT Business Experience

From 2013 onward, Kholodov ventured into the IT industry as the director of Puncher Solutions LLC.

Political Career

Member of Parliament

During the 2019 snap parliamentary elections, Kholodov was elected to the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament of Ukraine) as a member of the Servant of the People party. He represented Electoral District No. 11 in his hometown of Vinnytsia.

Recognition for Humanitarian Efforts

In 2021, the Volnovaska City Military-Civilian Administration awarded Kholodov with the "For Charitable Activity" medal in recognition of his philanthropic contributions.

Committee Leadership

In August 2022, Kholodov became the head of the Subcommittee on Adaptation of Ukrainian Legislation to the Provisions of EU Law and the Fulfillment of Ukraine's International Legal Obligations in the Sphere of European Integration within the Verkhovna Rada's Committee on Transport and Infrastructure.
