Mikhail Pakhomov: Biography
Family and EducationMikhail Pakhomov was born into a family of renowned artists. His father, Vladimir, was a celebrated theater director, while his mother, Valentina, is a distinguished actress. Pakhomov graduated from Gymnasium No. 12 in Lipetsk in 1993 and went on to pursue his education at the Moscow Institute of International Law and Economics named after Griboedov, earning a degree in jurisprudence in 2005. He has also participated in numerous courses, seminars, and conferences related to leadership, finance, and business.
Career and Political Involvement
Pakhomov's career spans the public and private sectors. From 1994 to 2002, he served as Vice President of the Fund for Assistance to Theater Actors. In 2002, he became Financial Director of the federal enterprise Rosspiritprom. From 2003 to 2011, he was the General Director of OAO Liter.
He joined the United Russia political party in 2003. In 2008, he became the head of the presidential club "Doverie" in the Lipetsk region. He was elected as the chairman of the Lipetsk regional branch of the "OPORA ROSSII" organization in 2009 and became a member of its presidium in 2010. Pakhomov is also a member of the Coordinating Council of the All-Russian Popular Front in the Lipetsk region.
Contributions to Public Life
Pakhomov is actively involved in public life and philanthropy. He has initiated the creation of "Social Protection Teams of the Popular Front" in the Lipetsk region, which provide housing assistance to the elderly and other vulnerable populations. He also spearheaded the establishment of student construction crews in Lipetsk.
Pakhomov has been recognized for his support of veterans and military personnel. He was enrolled in the ranks of the 106th Airborne Division and awarded the "MARGELOV" dagger for his contributions to patriotic education and military training.
As a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lipetsk Regional Special Correctional Boarding School for Blind and Visually Impaired Children, Pakhomov actively supports underprivileged youth. He has organized and led humanitarian aid missions to South Ossetia and provided assistance to victims of the armed conflict with Georgia.
