European Journey: From Valladolid to Southampton
Salisu's European adventure commenced in October 2017 with Real Valladolid's football academy in Spain. He made his debut for their reserve team in January 2018 and quickly impressed, earning a contract extension until 2021. Salisu continued to rise through the ranks, debuting for Valladolid's main squad in the Copa del Rey in January 2019. His performances caught the attention of English club Southampton, who signed him in August 2020.
International Debut and World Cup Participation
Salisu's international debut came in September 2022 for Ghana against Brazil.
