Born in July 1927 in the village of Staraya Buda, Kyiv Oblast, into a farming family, Palamarchuk's early life was spent in rural Ukraine.
Veterinary Career
From 1947 to 1953, Palamarchuk worked as a veterinary technician in the Vinnytsia region, serving the Lukomelekhovsky and Yakushinsky veterinary districts.
Chairman of the "Ukraina" Collective Farm
In 1953, Palamarchuk became chairman of the "Ukraina" collective farm in Vinnytsia region. Under his leadership, the farm achieved significant agricultural advancements.
Political Affiliation
A member of the Communist Party of Ukraine since 1953, Palamarchuk was a delegate to the 21st Congress of the Ukrainian CP and became a member of the Central Committee.
