Early Career
Rashad Sadygov, a talented footballer of Lezgian descent, began his professional career with FK Shakhdag in 2003. He spent three seasons with the club from Kusary before joining Khazar Lankaran in 2006.
Reign at Khazar Lankaran
During his tenure at Khazar Lankaran, Sadygov established himself as a key midfielder and earned the captain's armband. From 2006 to 2015, he played a crucial role in the club's success, leading them to numerous titles.
International Recognition
Sadygov's impressive performances at the club level also earned him recognition from the Azerbaijani national team. He represented the country at various youth levels, including U-17, U-19, and the U-21 squad. Since 2007, he has been a mainstay in the senior squad.
