Biography of Robert Kardashian
Robert George Kardashian was born in 1944 in Los Angeles, California, into a family of successful and influential businessmen with Armenian roots. Despite his family's meat production business, Robert was not interested in it and chose to pursue a career in law. After obtaining his doctorate degree from the University of San Diego, Kardashian practiced law for almost 10 years before venturing into business. For about 20 years, he distanced himself from the courtroom. However, he returned to his profession due to his involvement in the infamous O.J. Simpson case.

Kardashian was one of the defense attorneys for O.J. Simpson, who was accused of murdering his wife and her lover. Simpson was able to avoid conviction thanks to the skilled work of his legal team, which was dubbed the "Dream Team." Kardashian and Simpson had been friends since the 1970s when they both played tennis. During the challenging days following the crime, Simpson even stayed at Kardashian's house, which led to accusations of complicity in court. In order to represent his friend's interests, Kardashian reinstated his law license, which he had let lapse for over two decades.
Ultimately, Simpson was sentenced to prison for armed robbery and kidnapping, receiving a 33-year prison term. Over time, Kardashian himself began to doubt his client's innocence, which strained their relationship. However, they reconciled later on. After Kardashian's death, O.J. Simpson stated, "Bob was there for me when I needed him the most."
Kardashian was married twice and had four children. His son, Robert Kardashian, and three daughters, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe, all became well-known media personalities. Together, they starred in the reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." It is no secret that Robert's fame as an attorney in the high-profile trial brought attention to the entire family.
Robert Kardashian passed away at the age of 59 due to esophageal cancer.
