Rod Rowland is an American actor known for his striking looks and talent. He was born in 1964 in Newport Beach, California. Coming from a family of pastors, Rod is the youngest of four siblings.

Modeling Career
With his exceptional looks, Rod began working as a model, participating in advertising campaigns for renowned brands such as Calvin Klein, J. Crew, and Perry Ellis.

Early Acting Roles
Like many others who entered the fashion industry, Rod soon became interested in acting. In 1989, he made his first on-screen appearance in the comedy film "Under the Boardwalk," playing one of the surfers. Following that, he had several minor roles in films and television series.
