She began weightlifting at the tender age of five and dedicates four hours per week to training. Additionally, Rory enthusiastically pursues gymnastics, allotting nine weekly hours to her gymnastics workouts.
Record-Breaking Performances
Rory's exceptional strength is evident in her impressive lifts. She has set records in the snatch (32 kilograms), clean and jerk (42 kilograms), back squat (61 kilograms), and deadlift (80 kilograms). At just seven years old, she became the youngest ever USA Weightlifting Youth National Champion in the 11-13, 30-kilogram weight class.

Rory's father, Cavan van Ulft, has been a steadfast supporter of his daughter's passion for strength training.
