Early Life and Education

Born in Armenia, the politician in question pursued higher education at the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute from 1975 to 1980, earning a degree in civil engineering.

Military Service

In 1990, the individual founded and led the "Sasna-Tsrer" detachment, playing an active role in battles along the borders of Armenia and in Nagorno-Karabakh during the Karabakh War.

Political Career

From 1996, they served as the prefect of the Davtashen community. In the parliamentary elections of 1999, they were elected as a member of the National Assembly of Armenia, serving until 2003. During their tenure, they held a position on the Standing Committee on Defense, National Security, and Internal Affairs.

Other Accomplishments and Affiliations

Since 1993, the politician has been a member of the European Cultural Movement (ECM), becoming the chairman of its Mashttots territorial organization in 1994. Notably, they received the "For Courage" medal in 1996.

Throughout their career, the politician has maintained an independent stance, remaining unaffiliated with any political party.
