Early Life and Club Career
Roots in Iranian FootballSaeid Ezatolahi, an Iranian footballer, began his journey in the youth system of Malavan FC, a prominent club in Iran. In October 2012, he made his professional debut for Malavan against Rah Ahan FC.
Journey to Europe
In August 2014, Ezatolahi signed with Atlético Madrid C, the reserve team of the Spanish giants. He made his debut in the Spanish fourth division and quickly impressed with his skills.
Loan Stints in Russia
In July 2015, Ezatolahi joined FC Rostov on loan. He made his debut for the club in May 2016 and scored his first goal in the Champions League qualification round. In February 2017, he moved on loan to FC Anzhi for the remainder of the season.
Amkar Perm Loan
After spending the first half of the 2017/18 season with Rostov without making an appearance, Ezatolahi was sent on loan to FC Amkar Perm in August 2017. He played 15 matches and scored one goal for Amkar during that season.
International Career
Youth RecognitionEzatolahi represented Iran at the under-17 and under-20 levels.
Senior Debut
In June 2015, he made his senior international debut for Iran in a friendly against Uzbekistan. Ezatolahi has since become a regular member of the Iranian national team.
