Birth and Early Life
I. Childhood and EducationMusabey Daulenov was born on September 27 (October 10), 1907, in a peasant family. He began his working life as a shepherd in the Alty-Karasuyskaya volost of Aktyubinsk Oblast. From September 1925, he was a foster child in a children's commune in the city of Aktyubinsk.
II. Communist Party and Government Career
Daulenov officially joined the Communist Party in 1931. He held various positions within the party apparatus, including:
November 1927: Head of the General Department of the Aktyubinsk District Committee of the Komsomol
September 1933: Deputy Chairman of the Jirgetalsky District Executive Committee of the Tajik SSR
August 1934: Head of the Planning Sector of the State Planning Committee of the Kazakh Autonomous SSR
November 1936: Second, then First Secretary of the Leninsky District Party Committee of Alma-Ata
December 1937: Third Secretary of the Alma-Ata City Party Committee
February 1938: Third, then Second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kazakhstan
III. Agricultural Leadership
In October 1939, Daulenov was appointed Director of the Yangelskiy Grain Farm in Bashkir ASSR. After a brief stint as Director of the Tald-Kurgan Regional Land Management Office in 1944, he became the Chairman of the South Kazakhstan Regional Executive Committee in April 1945.
IV. Ministerial Positions
From February 1954, Daulenov served as Minister of Water Management of the Kazakh SSR. He later held the position of Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Kazakh SSR from July 1957 to September 1960.
V. Regional Leadership
In September 1960, Daulenov became the First Secretary of the Semipalatinsk Regional Party Committee. He served as Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR from January 1961 to September 1962.
VI. Late Career
After his tenure as Prime Minister, Daulenov held various administrative positions, including:
February 1963: Chairman of the Dzhambul Regional Planning Committee
February 1966: Head of the Territorial Planning Department of the State Planning Committee of the Kazakh SSR
VII. Retirement and Death
Daulenov retired in April 1970. He passed away on February 29, 1984, in Alma-Ata.
