Early Life and EducationSariolim Talbov embarked on his medical journey with his enrollment in the Dushanbe Medical College in 1970. Six years later, he graduated with honors from the Tajik State Medical Institute named after Abuali Ibn Sina (TSMI) in 1976, specializing in Infectious Diseases.
Military Service and Specialization
In 1965, Talbov served in the Soviet Army until 1968, stationed in Kushka, Turkmenistan. Upon his return, he pursued a residency at TSMI from 1976 to 1978, further solidifying his expertise in Infectious Diseases.
Clinical and Academic Experience
From 1978 to 1983, Talbov practiced as an Infectious Disease Physician at the Dushanbe City Clinical Infectious Hospital. His passion for teaching and research led him to join the faculty of the Abuali Ibn Sina Tajik State Medical Institute in 1983, where he served as an assistant in the Department of Infectious Diseases for over a decade.
Leadership and Accomplishments
In 1995, Talbov was appointed as the Chief Physician of the Dushanbe Clinical Infectious Hospital, a position he held with distinction until 2014. During his tenure, he dedicated himself to enhancing patient care and advancing medical knowledge, resulting in numerous scientific publications and recognitions.
