Early Life and Education

Born to an Artistic Family

On May 29, 1959, the artist was born into a family of artists in the city of Kharkiv. Growing up with an artistic background instilled in him a passion for creativity from a young age.

Artistic Studies

From 1974 to 1978, the artist pursued his artistic education at the Kharkiv Art School. He later continued his studies at the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts, graduating in 1983 with a degree in Printmaking. During his time at the academy, he was mentored by renowned artists such as S. Besedin, V. Igumentsev, O. Veklenko, O. Yurchenko, and Y. Stakhanov.

Artistic Career

Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine

In 1988, the artist became a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine, an esteemed organization recognizing outstanding artistic achievements. He gained recognition within the Ukrainian art scene for his technical prowess and unique artistic style.

Emigration to France

The artist relocated to France, where he continued to develop his artistic career. He established himself in the vibrant French art world and became a member of the Union of Artists of France. His work garnered international acclaim, showcasing his mastery of printmaking and his ability to capture the essence of his subjects.
