Early Career and Special Forces Command
- Born into a military family, Sergei Kryvonos has dedicated his life to service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- As a special forces commander, he led the 8th Khmelnytskyi Special Forces Regiment, achieving recognition as one of the top units in the Ukrainian military.
- He held various leadership positions in the Land Forces and Airborne Forces.
International Cooperation and Conflict Management
- Kryvonos actively participated in international exercises, showcasing Ukraine's capabilities and fostering cooperation with NATO allies.
- In 2014, he played a pivotal role in commanding the defense of the Kramatorsk airfield during the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
- As head of the Special Operations Department of the General Staff, he developed a strategy for building Ukrainian Special Operations Forces with NATO support.
