Stacy Ann-Marie Keibler was born in Baltimore, Maryland. From the age of three, she studied ballet, tap, and jazz dance. After graduating high school, Stacy attended Towson University, where she studied mass communication. She received a partial scholarship, maintaining a 3.7 GPA out of a maximum of 4. Even during her university years, Keibler began modeling and had small roles in movies. Additionally, at the age of 18, she became a member of the Baltimore Ravens cheerleading squad.

In wrestling, Keibler was introduced to the sport by her boyfriend, Chris Cumberland. In late 1999, she competed in a WCW competition to join the dance group "Nitro Girls." Keibler surpassed three hundred competitors and secured a spot, along with ten thousand dollars. From that moment, Stacy began performing on the Monday night shows under the alias "Sky." She quickly gained attention and promotion, becoming the manager of the group under the name "Miss Hancock." While her character primarily wore strict business attire, she often delighted the audience with sensual dances on tables. Keibler also developed a signature move, slowly flipping her forty-two-inch legs over the second rope, momentarily stopping and showcasing her lingerie to the viewers. Few women in the history of professional wrestling had the height to simply step over the middle rope, but Stacy did it with her unique style.

For a while, Keibler dated David Flair both in the ring and in real life. Their romance concluded with a storyline involving Miss Hancock's pregnancy, which turned out to be false. After the pregnancy storyline ended, Miss Hancock left the ring. Keibler later returned to wrestling under her real name. In 2001, WCW came under the management of the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), and Stacy quickly received a new contract. In WWF matches, she played the role of a villainess, being part of The Alliance. After The Alliance disbanded, Keibler became the leader of the heel group "The Dudley Boyz," earning the nickname "The Duchess of Dudleyville." From 2004 to 2005, she was involved in a storyline feud with the group "Divas" and Randy Orton.

In 2005, Keibler was invited to join a new team. As "Super Stacy," she performed with Rosie and The Hurricane until 2006. Afterward, she received an invitation to participate in the TV show "Dancing with the Stars." Upon completing the season, she decided to leave wrestling and explore other professional opportunities.
