Early Life and Career
Alexander Kulshay was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus. He began his football journey at the DYuSSh Trudovye Rezervy (Minsk) academy, where he was guided by his first coach, Nikolai N. Mironchik.
Club Career
Kulshay's professional career took off in 2008 when he joined FC Minsk. He quickly became a regular starter for the club, following his previous stints with FC Lokomotiv Minsk and FC Gomel. In December 2010, he extended his contract with Minsk for an additional three years.
National Team Debut
Kulshay made his international debut for the Belarus national team on August 10, 2011, in a friendly match against Bulgaria. He scored his only goal for the team on October 7, 2011, in a UEFA Euro 2012 qualifier against Romania.
Accomplishments
Kulshay played a pivotal role in Belarus's bronze medal finish at the 2011 UEFA European Under-21 Championship in Denmark. He was also included in the list of 22 best players in the Belarusian championship in 2010 and 2011 by the Belarusian Football Federation (BFF).
