Biography of Stormy Daniels
Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Gregory Clifford, was born on March 17, 1979, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She grew up as the only child in her family and began her career as a stripper at the age of 17 before transitioning into adult film acting. Initially, she only performed in scenes with women, but at the age of 23, she agreed to shoot her first scene with a man. Daniels regularly appeared in men's magazines such as Playboy, Hustler, and Penthouse.

She came up with her stage name "Stormy" as a tribute to the band Mötley Crüe, of which she is a fan. The band's bassist, Nikki Sixx, named his daughter Storm, and Daniels liked the name. Her surname, Daniels, is a direct reference to the bourbon brand "Jack Daniel's."

From 2002, Daniels worked under a contract with the porn studio "Wicked Pictures," where she also became a director in 2004. She received the "Best New Starlet Award" from the magazine "Adult Video News" and was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2014. In addition to adult films, Daniels has appeared in mainstream movies such as "The 40 Year Old Virgin," "Knocked Up," and "Wrong Side of Town." She can also be seen dancing in Maroon 5's music video for the song "Wake Up Call."

In 2009, Daniels was encouraged by her fans to run for the U.S. Senate from Louisiana. She initially announced her candidacy against Republican David Vitter but later withdrew, citing a lack of financial resources and frustration with the media's lack of seriousness towards her campaign.

In 2018, the White House denied allegations that Donald Trump, the current President of the United States, paid Daniels $130,000 through his lawyer for her silence regarding their alleged affair in 2006. According to reports, Trump's team decided to pay off Daniels one month before Donald's victory in the 2016 elections. Daniels claimed that Trump had an extramarital relationship with her after meeting at a golf tournament at Lake Tahoe in 2006 when he was married to his third wife, Melania Trump. Initially, Daniels denied her involvement with Trump, but her colleague Alana Evans confirmed that Daniels had told her about the affair. The Wall Street Journal reported that Trump Organization's lawyer took care of the hush money payment to Daniels. Trump's attorney, Michael D. Cohen, allegedly paid Daniels £95,000 in February 2018. Cohen later stated that neither Trump Organization nor Trump's presidential campaign had any dealings with Daniels and refused to answer additional questions from the media.
Conflicting Statements and the CBS Interview
Trump issued an order preventing Daniels from disclosing any information about their alleged affair. However, on January 19, 2018, Cohen released a letter signed by Daniels in which she denied any sexual relationship with Trump.
A quote from the letter reads: "If I had really had a relationship with Donald Trump, believe me, you would not read about it in the news. You would read about it in my book."
However, in an interview with Anderson Cooper on CBS's "60 Minutes" on March 25, 2018, Daniels spoke differently. She claimed that in 2011, a man from Las Vegas threatened her physically and urged her to remain silent about her affair with Trump. The threats came after Daniels sold her story for $15,000 to Bauer Publishing, which published an interview with her in their magazine "InTouch." In the "InTouch" interview, Daniels described her sexual encounter with Trump as a "normal, unremarkable affair."
Daniels stated that she didn't understand why she had engaged in the affair and recalled thinking at the time, "Please, just don't try to pay me." According to her, she thought to herself, "I bet if it had come to it, he would have paid a hefty sum."
Daniels said that Trump invited her to his hotel room for dinner when they were returning from a golf tournament in the same buggy. Trump dismissed her questions about his wife Melania, saying, "Oh, don't worry about her." Daniels described him as being full of himself.
According to Daniels, the sexual encounter with Trump was uneventful, and the billionaire supposedly promised to invite her to his business reality show "The Apprentice."
"In Touch" claimed that Daniels' statements were confirmed by a polygraph test. She asked Trump to drop his pants and spanked him with a magazine featuring his picture.
They only had sex once, at a charity golf tournament at Lake Tahoe in 2006. Trump did not use protection during their encounter. Daniels did not find Trump physically attractive. Trump told her that he and Melania slept in separate rooms. He compared Daniels to his "beautiful" daughter Ivanka.
When the couple met a week later, Trump made Daniels watch documentaries about shark attacks.
Daniels did not reveal whether she had any explicit photos or videos of Trump.
