Early Life and Education

Teleukhan Biyarov was born on May 1, 1949, in the village of Yenbek, Kazakhstan. In 1967, he entered the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (KazNU), specializing in mathematical logic.
