Early Life and Career
The Belarusian entrepreneur and construction engineer, who would later become the CEO of the Elwira Group, was born in Belarus. He graduated from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute in 1978. Prior to that, he worked as a turner at the Minsk Vavilov Plant (1969-1970).
Professional Experience
After graduating, he held various roles in construction, including carpenter, technician, engineer, senior commodity specialist, foreman, site manager, chief engineer, and plant manager.
Elwira Group
In 1991, he became the director of Elwira LLC, which later became the Elwira Group. Since 2005, he has served as the CEO of the company.
Community Involvement
In 2007, he co-established the "Architect of Belarus" Honorary Prize with the Belarusian Union of Architects. The prize recognizes significant contributions to Belarusian architecture. He also initiated the installation of the "Crew" and "Architect" monuments in Minsk, which were funded by Elwira and created by sculptor Vladimir Zhbanov.
Accolades and Recognition
He was named Belarus's Top Entrepreneur in 2006 and is an Honored Builder of Belarus. He is a member of the Belarusian Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and a corresponding member of the Belarusian Engineering Technological Academy.
