Education and CredentialsPashko Mochan, a Ukrainian political analyst, earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He subsequently completed a master's degree in Public Administration from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. In 2010, he obtained a PhD in Political Science with a dissertation on the effectiveness of electoral technologies.
Professional Experience
Mochan co-founded and serves as deputy director of the consulting firm Ukrainian Politconsulting Group. Since 2004, he has provided political consulting services for national and local electoral campaigns, specializing in analytical and media strategies.
Political Career
Early InvolvementMochan's political career began in 2015 when he ran as a candidate for the Kyiv Regional Council under the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko. He later served as an assistant-consultant to Ukrainian MP Artur Palatnyi.
Election to Parliament
In 2019, Mochan was elected to the Ukrainian Parliament as a member of the Servant of the People party. He placed 103rd on the party list.
Current Role
In the Ukrainian Parliament, Mochan holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Sports. He also chairs the Subcommittee on National-Patriotic Education.
