Early Life and Education

Vyacheslav Iordan was born on June 12, 1966, in the village of Chircaiesti in the Causeni district of Moldova. In 1983, he graduated from the engineering faculty of the Academy of Communal Services Construction in Kharkiv.

Military Service and Marriage

From 1984 to 1986, Iordan served in the military in the city of Akhalkalaki, Georgia, as the head of a radio station. He is married and has three children.
