Early Life and Football Beginnings

Vitaliy Reva, a renowned Ukrainian footballer and goalkeeper, was born into a prominent family, with his father serving as the Ukrainian Minister for Emergency Situations. Inspired by renowned footballer Vitaliy Khmelnytskyi, Reva embarked on his football journey at the tender age of six, joining the youth academy of "Dnipro-75" in his hometown.

Professional Career and Achievements

Reva's professional debut came in the 1993-1994 season with "Poligraftekhnika" of Oleksandriia. Over the next decade, he showcased his exceptional goalkeeping skills for several Ukrainian clubs, including CSKA Kyiv, Dynamo Kyiv, and Tavriya Simferopol.

In 2007, Reva made the move to Arsenal Kyiv, where he achieved a significant milestone in 2008 by becoming the fourth goalkeeper in Ukrainian Premier League history to record 100 clean sheets.

International Recognition

Reva's impressive performances at club level earned him a call-up to the Ukrainian national team in 2001. He made his international debut against Poland in the 2002 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and went on to accumulate 9 appearances for his country.

In 2011, Reva joined FC Obolon Kyiv for a brief stint before signing a contract with FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih the following year. After an eight-year hiatus, Reva sensationally returned to professional football in 2021 with FC Liviy Bereh Kyiv, demonstrating his enduring passion for the game.
