Early Career

Ukrainian defenderVladimir Kornyutyak began his football journey in 2002, joining the reserve side of FC Zakarpattia in the Ukrainian Second League. He made 11 appearances for the team.

Debut with FC Zakarpattia

Premiere debutOn June 8, 2003, Kornyutyak made his debut for the main squad of FC Zakarpattia in the Ukrainian First League against FC Spartak Ivano-Frankivsk (2:0). He played for the team for approximately three years, accumulating 11 league appearances, 3 Ukrainian Cup appearances with 1 goal, and 35 matches in the Ukrainian Youth Championship.

Injury and Retirement

Career-ending injuryIn July 2007, reports emerged that Kornyutyak had ended his career due to a severe injury. However, he returned to the pitch in 2008, representing FC Prykarpattia before joining FC Kharkiv in February 2009.

Debut in the Premier League

Premier League milestoneOn March 7, 2009, Kornyutyak made his Ukrainian Premier League debut for FC Kharkiv against FC Metalurh Donetsk (1:0), replacing Artem Kasyanov in the 83rd minute. He played a total of 4 matches in the league for the club.

Departure from FC Kharkiv
