Edin Zeć - Bosnian Midfielder
Early Career and InjuryEdin Zeć is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for FK Željezničar Sarajevo. He has also made several appearances for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.
During the preparation stage for the 2010 season, Zeć suffered an injury that kept him sidelined for an extended period. Upon his return, he faced stiff competition from foreign players and was subsequently placed on the transfer list by his former club, Alania Vladikavkaz.
Transfer to Željezničar
In July 2010, Zeć transferred to Željezničar Sarajevo, seeking regular playing time. He has since become a key player for the Bosnian club, demonstrating his technical abilities and midfield prowess.
International Career
Zeć has represented the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team on five occasions. He made his debut in 2009 and has played in several friendly matches and qualifiers. While he is not a regular starter, he remains a valuable asset to the team's international aspirations.
