Early Life and Education

Alevtina Viktorovna Aparina was born on April 20, 1941, in Volgograd, Russia. She completed her secondary education and went on to pursue a degree in Philology. In 1967, she graduated from the Rostov State University and later earned a degree from the Saratov Higher Party School in 1985.

Teaching and Political Career

After completing her education, Aparina began her career as a school teacher in 1965. In 1968, she embarked on a political journey, holding key positions in the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. She was notably the Secretary of the Volgograd Regional Committee of the CPSU from February to August 1991.

Leadership in the Communist Party

In 1989, Aparina founded the "Lenin and Fatherland" society in Volgograd. Her political aspirations led her to become a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) in February 1993. She served as the First Secretary of the Volgograd Regional Committee of the CPRF.

Service in the State Duma

Aparina's political career reached new heights in December 1993 when she was elected as a deputy to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. She served in the Duma's first, second, and third convocations. In 1997, she was appointed to the Presidium of the CPRF's Central Committee.

Honors and Recognition

Throughout her career, Aparina received numerous honors. She was awarded the Order of the "Badge of Honor" and the jubilee medal "100 Years Since the Birth of V. I. Lenin." Additionally, she was bestowed the title of Honored Teacher of the USSR.
