Biography of Balázs Dzsudzsák

Balázs Dzsudzsák is a Hungarian footballer who plays as a midfielder for the club "Anzhi" and the Hungarian national team. He made his debut in the Hungarian national championship in 2005 as part of Debrecen. In his first season, he only appeared in 2 matches. In the second season, Dzsudzsák played 10 games and scored 2 goals. Over the next two seasons, he became a regular player for the club, playing 36 games and scoring 12 goals. Dzsudzsák won the Hungarian championship three times: in 2005, 2006, and 2007. In 2007, he was a finalist in the Hungarian Cup. Dzsudzsák also won the Hungarian Super Cup in 2005, 2006, and 2007.

Move to PSV

Dzsudzsák signed a contract with PSV on October 24, 2007. He was supposed to move to the Dutch club in the summer of 2008, but the resignation of Kenneth Perez accelerated his arrival. PSV scout, Piet de Visser, said, "Dzsudzsák is an incredible talent. He is fast, good in combinations, has an incredible pass, and excellent delivery." He made his Eredivisie debut on January 12, 2008. The match ended in a 1-0 victory for Feyenoord. Dzsudzsák was in the starting lineup and had 3 shots on goal. In the next round, he scored his first goal for the new team in a draw against VVV-Venlo (1-1). He made his first assist on January 23, 2008, in a victorious match against Sparta Rotterdam (3-1). Career at PSV

In the 2008/09 season, Hub Stevens became the head coach of PSV. He brought a defensive tactic that did not allow Dzsudzsák to play as well. However, Dzsudzsák scored his first hat-trick for PSV in a match against ADO Den Haag at the Philips Stadion (6-0). In total, Balázs Dzsudzsák played 32 matches, scored 11 goals, and made 9 assists that season. In the 2009/10 season, Fred Rutten took over the team. On August 15, 2009, in the third round of the championship, Dzsudzsák was named the player of the match against Ajax, scoring 2 goals and providing an assist. On June 12, 2011, Dzsudzsák signed a four-year contract with the Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala.

International Career

Dzsudzsák has been called up for various national teams of Hungary. He played 6 matches for the U17 team and the same number of matches for the U19 team. Later, Dzsudzsák was called up to the Hungarian national team, making his debut on June 2, 2007, in a match against Greece. His first international goal came on May 24, 2008, again against Greece. He also scored goals against the Netherlands, San Marino, Finland, and Lithuania. In total, Dzsudzsák has played 33 matches for the Hungarian national team, scoring 6 goals.
