Early Life and Career

Emin Abasov was born on July 15, 1989, in the village of Kurdamashi, Azerbaijan. From a young age, he participated in street fights and began judo at age 7. In 1999, Abasov's family relocated to Russia, where he discovered Wushu Sanda.

Training and Championships

From 2000 to 2010, Abasov reigned as the Wushu Sanda champion in the Trans-Baikal region for five consecutive years. He also achieved success in other combat sports, becoming the Russian champion in Wushu Sanda and the Russian Armed Forces champion in hand-to-hand combat. Abasov became a finalist in the European MMA championship and triumphed in numerous Russian tournaments in hand-to-hand combat and kickboxing. Additionally, he earned a degree from the Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after Kozma Minin.

Professional Career

In 2010, Abasov embarked on his professional MMA and Muay Thai journey. He has showcased his skills in renowned organizations such as ACB, WLF, ROAD FC, ONE FC, MAX MUAY TAY, FIGHT NIGHTS, M-1 GLOBAL, WFCA, GLORY OF HEROES, TOP FC, TECH KREP, and Glory.

Coaching

Beyond his fighting career, Abasov began coaching at the age of 12, sharing his knowledge and experience with aspiring fighters.
