"Bees": A Landmark Work

Khalifman's book "Bees" (1950) earned widespread acclaim. It won the Stalin Prize, Second Class, in 1951 and was praised by renowned scientists and writers. Its detailed account of bee biology and ecology revolutionized the genre of popular science writing.
