Early Life and Education

Isa Gambarov was born on February 24, 1957, in the village of Küdler (now Gurdlar) in the Fizuli district of the Azerbaijan Soviet Socialist Republic (ASSR). He graduated from Baku State University in 1979 with a degree in History.
